E Movement is a UK brand with a local customer service and repair facility. All our products are shipped next day from within the UK with a delivery time of 2 – 3 days
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes we do ship anywhere in the Europe (extra postage charges may apply). Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
Do you provide financing?
Yes, we provide Finance through Snap Finance, Klarna and Payl8r, which are leading finance providers.
Do you provide warranty?
All of our products come with 1 year standard warranty of electrics and 4 year warranty on the bike. The warranty / claims are dealt with in UK.
Do you accept returns
You have a legal right to return the product within fourteen (14) days of delivery without giving a reason. You will be entitled for a full refund excluding the 2 way shipping cost.

Does the bikes come in pieces? Do they require assembly?
Our bikes are 100% assembled when it comes to electric parts / cables and 90% about frame etc. In most of the cases, you need to fix front wheel, handle bar and pedals. How do I charge my bike/scooter/board?

How do I change the speed/assist levels on the bikes?
You can do so by pressing the + for power up and – for power down. Each assist level applies for both the throttle and pedal assist system. You can watch the video here. https://youtu.be/OeW-iIMug9M

Can I try the bikes/scooters/boards before purchase?
Yes, you are welcome to try our products before purchase (by appointment only) and we can assist in choosing the right one for you. Our showroom is based in Woking, Surrey.
What batteries do you use?
At E Movement our aim is quality yet affordability. All of our products are powered by LG and Samsung batteries.
Do you stock accessories?
We stock all spares and accessories for all of our products.
What is battery performance and range of these bikes?
Battery performance and range can never be measured accurately as there are many factors involved in it. Temp, riders weight, riding habit and terrain are main factors affecting performance. We use best cells (LG / Samsung ) which provides maximum range and charging cycles in comparison to other batteries.

The twist and go function of my bike is not working
There are 2 main reasons for this fault. Either the display settings are altered, or the wire for Twist and Go is damaged. Please check the original display setting from our Youtube Channel https://www.youtube.com/c/EMovementofficial/videos. If the problem persists, contact us for advise.
The Pedal Assist function of my bike is not working
The function can be affected if the display settings are altered, or if the pedal sensor is damaged due to any reason. Please check the original display setting from our Youtube Channel https://www.youtube.com/c/EMovementofficial/videos. If the problem persists, contact us for advise.
Can I change gears using Digital Display?
The rear gears are not linked with digital display. They can only be changed from thumb shifter located on the right side of handle. Please select the appropriate gear while pedalling. Do Not change gears without pedalling. Also gradually change the gears as abrupt change may dislodge the chain and cause big damage.
My bike has creaking noise from the brakes
Creaking sound though annoying, but easy to settle. It is mainly due to dirty or worn out brake pads. If the brakes pads are worn out, change them. Other wise cleaning them with a sand paper or any brake spray will do the magic.
What maintenance is required for E Bikes?
E Bikes requires same maintenance like conventional bikes. Routine cleaning, checking of brake pads, pedals and any loose bolts.
